New neighbors on Ivy Park Lane are Jack and Erica Ryan and their two sons, Jackson and Patrick. The Ryans are from Cincinnati, and are very pleased with their new home and Sarah Smith Elementary. Also new to Ivy Park Lane at number 447 are Fran and Leonard Hullquist. Carol and Frank Jarmon have moved to Carmain Drive.
Clay and Mary Elaine Haden are two attorneys from Texas now living at 850 Loridans Circle. Shirlene and Tom Fletcher are new residents at 3956 Ivy Rd. They have two-year-old Patrick and a four-month-old baby, Alexandra. Van and Mary Willis are new to 3800 North Stratford. John Ryan, from Savannah, is renovating his new house at the corner of N. Ivy and Glengary. David and Linda Hollaran are the new owners at 3879 Ivy Rd. Tom Griffin has moved to Stovall Ter.
N. Stratford has welcomed many new families this spring including Chip and Katherine Reed and their son at 4111, Jim Mueller and Valerie at 3950 and Shannon and Stephanie Brown and their baby boy at 4041.
Russ and Tracie Hippe will soon be moving into their new house on Glengary, being built by David Gump. Angela and Simon Boardman live in another very attractive new house on Glengary build by David who lives with his wife Casey across the street. The Boardmans have twins, Emma and Jack.
Rob and Kathie Scheinman are busy renovating their house at 4047 N. Stratford for their new baby, Reid, born April 27th. The Hippes have a new baby daughter Lizzie, who will make a great playmate for Hogan Dykes, the new baby boy of Shannon and Keith Dykes, also of Glengary. Amanda and Winston Smith of Statewood have a new daughter, Mason.
Barb Bihr and Tim Burroughs at 3927 N. Stratford have a new baby, Samantha. Margie and Perry Pintzow of 3775 N. Stratford have a new son. Leslie and Todd Terrell of 3765 N. Stratford are busiest parents with their two babies, one-year-old Christian, and Ethan, born May 31st.

boy, Brandon. Lisa and Bill O'Dell of Glengary Court have a new son, often seen with his mother as she pushes the jogging stroller through the neighborhood. Tom and Lisa Herman of Peachtree Dunwoody have a new daughter, Charlotte. Bill and Amy Henning have twin boys.
New residents at 4362 North Buckhead Drive are Pam and Randy Miller and their three children, Zachary, five, Claudia, three and Benjamin, one. John and Janelle Ranieri of 560 Valley Green have a new baby girl named Lucy.
Honors were earned by two of our young residents for their very original Sarah Smith social studies project, "History of Peachtree Gardens", after competing in a regional contest. Recipient Christine Brennan , is the daughter of Patti and Ciaron Brennan of Glengary. Her partner, Anna Jones, is the daughter of Tom and Celeste Jones. Congratulations to both girls!
Patti Brennan completed the Avon Breast Cancer walk from Lake Lanier to Atlanta in the fall. Nick Manos, who grew up on N. Ivy is moving his family back to Atlanta from New Jersey. The Manos family is looking forward to living on Wieuca Terrace and being close to Nick's father, Chris, who still lives on N. Ivy. We are all going to miss Mary Papageorge and her cute Sheltie Mandy. Mary has lived on Arden Way for many years and is moving to South Carolina to be near her daughter.
Kelly Beamer of Stovall Boulevard and David Doll of N. Stratford have recently married and will be moving to a new house on Old Ivy Rd.
Maria Ostuni was married to Jonathan Felch on June 10 at All Souls Unitarian Church in New York City. Maria is the daughter of Sue Certain and stepdaughter of Gordon Certain. Maria grew up in North Buckhead and graduated from North Fulton High School.
New Neighbors at 4425 Wieuca Road are John and Ruth Dalzill and their seven-year-old son, John, Jr.
