Patrol Issue Revisited

Thanks to City Employees

Updates Below

Update - The day after this newsletter went to the printer, we found out that the arborists had swapped assignments.  Tom Coffin is again the arborist for northeast Atlanta.  Tom has very solid qualifications including a PhD from Georgia State.  (Tom's wife, Stephanie, is active in the Virginia Highlands Civic Association.)  Neal Lumsden (we misspelled his name) is now covering southwest Atlanta.  All of the city arborists can be reached at 404-330-6874.

Update - Several days after this newsletter went to press, John Westerfield asked me to refer problems involving inadequate silt fences and poor erosion control to the City's Erosion Control Unit - 404-330-6990
