neighborhood, especially Commissioner of Water Remy del Rosario and Manager Melinda Langston, who exchanged many emails and calls with us.

Our neighborhood got considerable coverage on WSB-TV for brown water and a massive water main break on Lakemoore Drive.  Gordon Certain, NBCA President, even got a nice email from Mayor Franklin commenting on the 8/12/02 US News & World Report article, "The coming water crisis".  That article quoted five North Buckhead residents about our problems and our perceptions about water problems.   The national press continues to be interested in municipal  water  issues.  There should be additional coverage on North Buckhead in the November edition of Mother Jones magazine.

For years, NBCA members have been home owners.  Recently, we started asking local businesses to join, at $35/year.  The following are our current business members:

Batteries Plus, North Buckhead 4418 Roswell Rd
Presstine Cleaners  4455 Roswell Rd
The Cat Doctor, Inc.  4137 Roswell Rd
