Blue Heron Inc.(!)

Blue Heron Preserve is now an official 501(c)(3)   non-profit preserve!

Many thanks to Chet Tisdale and Karen Osborne at
King and Spalding legal firm for donating their time to make this happen.

The new non-profit status will allow for the  preserve to grow, receive and administer grants and hold greenspace in conservation easements in our neighborhood.

Nancy Jones and Erika Archibald have made a commitment to manage Blue Heron Inc. and    assume fiscal responsibility for the new           non-profit.
