Our NBCA Zoning Committee considered an application to develop 15 single-family homes in the area near    Valley Brook Drive.  This site has been the subject of   several recent rezoning applications, including office buildings and mixed-use, which did not materialize.    Affected neighbors are very active in this case, hopeful that this application would lead to a desirable single-family residential use of this land.  This "planned development--housing" application will be heard by NPU-B.
