North Buckhead Newsletter

June 2005

Membership & E-mail

June 10-12 Weekend Traffic

Our suggestion in the last newsletter that residents provide us with their e-mail addresses resulted in a strong response.  Eighty people asked that their e-mail addresses be added to our e-mail list, raising the total to about 1,050 e-mail addresses.
Those who are on our e-mail list are notified of special neighborhood meetings (zoning, etc.) as well as local crime alerts and lost/found dogs and cats.  You are welcome to join our list -- there is no charge and we won't give/rent/sell your address to anyone else.
During the past three months our membership has surged to the 580-590 range.  Of course, we would have a lot more members if everyone renewed when their membership expired.  Please check the mailing label on this newsletter and, if your membership has expired, please consider re-joining.  Dues are only $25 for households and $35 for businesses.

Lost/Found Pets

Frequently, pets get separated from their owners.  If this happens, NBCA can help.
If you lost/found a pet, call
Natalie Spalding at (404) 231-0646  or e-mail Gordon Certain at NorthBuckhead@Yahoo.com.  With the help of our wonderful neighbors, many pets are reunited with their owners.
