According to the diagram, above left, and comments by Pope & Land, the previously approved church parking deck was "close to Peachtree-Dunwoody". However, as seen in the official site plan (above right, also provided by Pope & Land) the original location of the church deck was very far from Peachtree-Dunwoody and oriented favorably. There is little resemblance between these parking deck plans.

In fact, Pope & Land says the new Proposed O-I Plan has the deck located in a much better location than the Approved Plan with respect to Peachtree Dunwoody -- this does not appear to be the case, as shown below.
