If you speak, please stay on message: the big issues are TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC, and COMMERCIAL ENCROACHMENT but the effective way to reduce traffic (and commercial encroachment) is to REJECT the commercial-use church parking deck, discouraging traffic by pushing the development back onto the land set out for commercial use in the CDP (comprehensive development plan).
