Sarah Smith Annex at 4141 Wieuca Road
On April 16, 2008 the NBCA North Buckhead Update e-mail made the following announcement:
APS APPROVED 4141 WIEUCA AS PRIMARY CENTER
The APS approved the purchase of 4141 Wieuca Road as the site of a K-1 (possibly K-2) Primary Center yesterday. They plan to have the primary center ready for occupancy mid-year in the 2009-10 school year. Until then, kindergarten students will continue to use the Kindergarten Center at 4100 Roswell Road.
4/28/08 Traffic Impact Study - Proposed Wieuca Road School Site - April 2008
On Friday evening (4/25) a courier delivered a hefty traffic study for the Wieuca site, Because parts of the document are technical and voluminous, we have posed this APS report on our web site in two parts. These are among the largest documents ever posted on our web site and will take forever on a telephone modem, so be warned if they take a long time to download.
It would probably be most productive to focus on the 25-page report. After its title page, the appendix contains 36 pages of echnical analyses of intersection capacities for various intersections along Wieuca. It also includes 16 pages of raw traffic counts for various intersections along Wieuca and six pages of summaries.
