This parcel is between lots on Valley Brook Drive and Nancy Creek.  I can only see the parcel on maps so I don’t know if it is wooded or not.  If this lot is privately owned then several houses on Valley Brook could be bought and demolished and then combined to form a subdivision on Nancy Creek, increasing runoff and pollution.  See map.
