important to permanently protect this property from development. The only park in North Buckhead is “North Buckhead Park”. It is at the intersection of Phipps Blvd and Wieuca Road. A small, land-locked parcel is next door. It is desired to expand the park so as to increase the tree buffer between the very high density land use south of Phipps Blvd from the single family homes north of Phipps Blvd.
