These lots are on the south side of Nancy Creek at Rickenbacker Drive.  Lots 3 and 4 have been developed.  Lot 1 shares an extended border with NancyCreek.  North Buckhead’s 7-acre “Blue Heron Nature Preserve” is immediately across Rickenbacker Drive from both lots.  Additional information about our nature preserve is available on-line at www.nbca.org/BlueHeronNaturePreserve.htm.  Lot 1 is heavily wooded.  Lot 2 has more open space but includes many mature trees.
