This property is on one side of Little Nancy Creek.  It is the last remnant of 8.5-acres of heavily wooded

land, including some floodplain and almost an acre of wetland.  The balance was clear-cut, most of the

wetland filled and the floodplane reconfigured.  (Approximately 300-350 mature trees were cut down on the

other ~8 acres.) 
 

This property is called Peachtree Gardens, Lot 15.  It is heavily wooded and provides the neighborhood

with a good sound buffer from the busy traffic on GA 400.  The ground cover and trees protect Little Nancy

Creek. 


With the new 75’ stream buffer this property may be marginally developable.
