This property is on both sides of Little Nancy Creek, between N Ivy Road and GA 400, along Mountain

Way.  It is heavily wooded and provides the neighborhood with a good sound buffer from the busy traffic

on GA 400.  The ground cover and trees protect Little Nancy Creek. 

 

This property may have a “Mountain Place” address.  Mountain Place, a dirt road, appears on some City

Maps and is on the opposite side of the creek from Mountain Way.
