This lot is on the west side of Wieuca just south of 4362 Wieuca Road.  The site is heavily wooded and appears never to have been developed.  Little Nancy Creek runs through the property on the side nearest to Wieuca Road.  The property rises significantly from the creek. 

This property, if developed, would increase runoff and introduce additional pollutants into Little Nancy Creek.
