Revised Tree Replacement Plan

On January 15, 1999, a revised tree replacement plan was prepared by the
developer.  This is the same plan which was appealed by NBCA and some
nearby neighbors in February, prior to the revocation of the project's
building permit later that month. 

The plan was resubmitted and re-approved by the city.  Once again, it is
being appealed, with an appeal hearing scheduled for April 21, 1999 at
6:00PM in City Hall.

The photos below are from a large (11" x 17") sheet which was distributed
to neighbors in the vacinity of the subdivision as part of a larger package
by the developer, Mr. Reynaud.  Because of the limitations of web
technology, these images are not nearly as clear as the larger original. 
Nevertheless, it is possible to get some understanding of the plan.  (Click
