Tree Conservation Commission Decision

January, 1999: Peachtree Gardens Subdivision

In November 1998 the City Arborist approved a proposed tree
conservation/replacement plan for the Peachtree Gardens subdivision.
(The subdivision is bounded by Mountain Drive and North Ivy Road.)
This approval was appealed by Kevin McCauley and the NBCA.  At
a hearing on January 6, 1999, the Tree Conservation Commission
unamimously sustained the appeal and overturned the approval by the
city.  The following is the text of their decision.  (Click on each picture
