10/2 The City of Atlanta's Appellate Brief filed with the Supreme Court is now on-line
9/27 The City of Atlanta has filed its appeal brief with the Georgia Supreme Court and North Buckhead's brief is nearing completion -- we expect the Georgia Supreme Court to hear this appeal in November.
3/13 The Georgia Supreme Court has accepted the City's appeal! We expect it to be heard in the late summer or fall.
Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation filed its amicus brief in support of the City.
Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) filed its amicus brief in support of the City. (GMA represents 99% of Georgia municipalities. No text of their brief is available.)
3/13 AJC editorial supporting Atlanta/North Buckhead position
On 2/11, the City of Atlanta filed an application to the Georgia Supreme Court to appeal the TAP Associates v. City of Atlanta decision. North Buckhead (NBCA) filed its amicus brief supporting Atlanta's application on Friday, 2/18. We were officially joined in our brief by 42 Georgia neighborhood associations, including associations from as far away as Athens and Macon!

2/10 City of Atlanta plans to apply for permission to appeal the disastrous TAP Associates v. City Of Atlanta Land-Use Court Decision -- North Buckhead Civic Association to join appeal as "amicus" -- we need help including support from other neighborhoods throughout the state -- details here
1/25 City officials and NBCA representatives met today to discuss appealing the court's recent decision permitting commercial development north of Phipps Blvd up to and including the N Stratford cul de sac. No details yet but an appeal is likely.
